Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Tech recruiting cluster within our TA team — guiding, mentoring, and aligning recruiters to deliver top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide.
Partner directly with Tech leadership and hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with critical business needs.
Design and execute employer branding campaigns that position Trafilea as the destination for elite IT talent.
Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion).
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
5+ years of experience as an Tech recruiter, with proven success on sourcing and closing complex tech roles.
2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters — you know how to motivate, align, and scale a team.
Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field.
Agile, KPI/OKR-driven mindset; comfortable managing metrics to improve performance.
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with IT leaders and senior stakeholders.
Proactive, organized, and hands-on — you remove blockers, solve problems, and make things happen.
