Sales Development Representative

Scratchpay Financial is a leading fintech company providing innovative payment processing and microloan solutions for medical services. We empower medical, dental, and veterinary clinics to offer seamless financial transactions, enhancing their service delivery and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a highly motivated and determined Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is relentless in pursuing sales opportunities through cold calling and at industry trade shows. Duties of the role
- Perform high-volume outbound sales calls to medical, dental, and veterinary clinics, introducing Scratchpay’s payment solutions, with a consistent pace of 60 to 80 calls per day.
- Attend multiple industry trade shows annually on behalf of Scratchpay, actively interacting with potential clients to broaden our market presence.
- Arrange and manage appointments for the account executive team to streamline in-depth discussions and facilitate closures.
- Ensure precise and current documentation of sales activities and client engagements within our CRM system.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated history of achievements in sales, particularly within financial services or payment processing.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Outreach.io, or Salesloft.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at influencing and persuading.
- Demonstrated resilience and perseverance, excelling in roles demanding regular cold calling and direct sales initiatives.
- Coachable, inquisitive, intelligent, and characterized by a robust work ethic.
- Capable of excelling in environments marked by uncertainty, adversity, and objections.
- Consistently ranks within the top 10% of the sales organization.
- Previous experience in sales roles targeting medical, dental, or veterinary industries is highly advantageous.
- Preferred experience in FinTech / B2B / SaaS
