We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from initial screening to final offer.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment sources, including social media, resume databases, and networking events.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified and engaged candidates.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the process.
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in a high-tech recruitment environment.
- Deep knowledge of IT industry technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively.
- Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
