We’re looking for a Tech Recruiter, HR — someone who’s passionate about attracting great people, supporting HR operations, and bringing positive energy to our Warsaw office.

You'll also be the heart and soul of our cozy Warsaw office — making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels welcome.
🔍 What You’ll Do🎯 Recruitment & Sourcing- Full-cycle recruitment for tech roles (from strategy to offer stage)
- Build creative sourcing approaches and engage both active and passive candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI platforms to scale search efforts
- Support onboarding and offboarding with empathy and structure
- Assist with employee engagement activities, feedback cycle
- Be a go-to person for everyday HR-related queries and internal relations
- Build trust across teams and help foster a positive work culture
- 2+ years experience hiring tech talent (ideally in startup or fast-paced environments)
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver with little oversight
- Strong sourcing skills across various platforms and creative approaches
- Fluent in Russian; working proficiency in English (B2+) and Polish (B1+)
- A proactive mindset, with high personal standards and a “get it done” attitude.
