    To achieve this, we’re looking for a Tech & Product Recruiter who will partner directly with our CTO, CPO and senior leadership to build the next generation of our Engineering, Data and Product teams. 

    We’re looking for a recruiter who will lead hiring with an engineering approach: rigor, problem solving, analytical skills and continuous iteration. Someone who understands that hiring is one of the highest-leverage decisions a company makes.

  • Help design and lead a Tech & Product hiring strategy that allows us to scale without compromising on talent density, execution speed or long-term organizational health.

  • Act as a trusted partner — challenging scope, refining org design, and raising the talent bar at every level.

  • Attract top profiles, from junior to senior level, and continuously strengthening how we hire.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Strategic Hiring Partnership: Work closely with VP and C-level stakeholders to translate business ambition into hiring priorities, challenging role scopes and leveling to ensure maximum impact.
  • High-Stakes Search Leadership: Personally lead complex searches (Senior, Staff, Principal, Lead, Managers) and build long-term, nurtured pipelines in highly competitive markets.
  • Talent Bar Raising: Drive structured evaluation and calibration to help hiring managers make confident, well-reasoned, and data-informed decisions.
  • Building a Scalable Engine: Continuously improve tools, workflows, and automation (leveraging Lever and other tech) to increase hiring velocity and visibility.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights to leadership on the hiring market, identifying friction points and solving root causes to balance speed with talent density and diversity.
  • Strategic Impact: Act as a trusted partner, refining org design and ensuring that every hire strengthens Malt’s long-term organizational health.

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Experience: 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with strong and proven exposure to Tech & Product environments.
  • Seniority: Experienced in leading senior and high-stakes searches, with the ability to partner comfortably with C-level leadership.
  • Mindset: Business-minded and analytical—you understand that hiring is a primary growth lever.
  • Traits: Structured, grounded, and sharp. You have high standards but low ego, and you are energized by scale and complexity.
  • Approach: You see recruiting as a measurable and predictable science, using data to drive transparency.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, fluency in French would be a plus.

  • First interview with Claudia, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, to better understand your background and aspirations. (45 minutes)
  • Interview with Elise, TA Director to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (60 minutes)
  • Collaboration deep-dive with Alexandre (Tech & Product Recruiter, future RecOps Partner) & Elise
  • Final interview with Claire (CTO) at our Malt office to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.

Skills Required

  • 6+ years in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to Tech & Product environments
  • Proven experience leading senior and high-stakes searches (Senior, Staff, Principal, Lead, Managers)
  • Ability to partner with C-level and senior leadership on hiring strategy and org design
  • Business-minded, analytical approach to recruiting; data-driven and structured
  • Experience improving recruiting tools, workflows, and automation (Lever or similar ATS/Recruiting tech)
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in French
