You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

The Head of Tech Master Data Portfolio oversees the definition, delivery and continuous improvement of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and products within the Tech team (multi-domains). He/she is accountable for the reliability, scalability, and adoption of Master Data solutions, ensuring consistency of practices, high quality of services, and alignment with Pernod Ricard Tech and Business strategy.

Your key missions: 

  • Define, maintain, and clearly communicate the vision, roadmap, and ambitions for Master Data platforms and products

  • Drives best‑in‑class master data capabilities across Finance & Organisation, Product & Materials, Business Partner Vendor, and Business Partner Customer domains; together with functional Masterdata governance team

  • Ensure consistency of data models, integration patterns, and technical standards across master data domains and platforms (Semarchy and SAP)

  • Ensure robustness, scalability, security, and performance of Semarchy platforms and associated Data Tech products

  • Define and monitor key metrics to track platform performance, service quality, reliability, and adoption

  • Act as escalation point for major technical issues, dependencies, and prioritization decisions related to master data platforms and products

  • Coordinate closely with Data Governance and Tech organization (Architecture, Security, Integration, Platforms,..) and Business teams to ensure end‑to‑end coherence and data policy adoption

  • Secure platform and product adoption by driving change management, enablement, and user engagement initiatives

  • Identify and secure required resources (internal/external) and work with chapters to source required to support product ambitions. Own Portfolio budget (build & run), inc. planning, forecasting and cost optimization

  • Contribute to the evolution of Tech and Data ways of working, promoting reuse, standardization, and automation

  • Participate to data governance committees to review integrity, suitability & security of data assets/practices
