As a Full Stack Lead, you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders, SMEs and cross-functional across Globe and build Digital products which will leverage AI-ML and other cutting edge technologies.

What you will do:
In this role you will:
- Requirement analysis, design, development and testing of the web applications.
- Establish and improve software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software.
- Provide technical leadership and execute software development projects from beginning to finish. Includes artifacts reviews, adhering to coding standards and ensuring appropriate stakeholder communication
- Basic project management techniques and experience in risk analysis and planning
- Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular technical team meetings.
- Minimize code complexity and leverage code reuse appropriately.
- Good at decision making, problem solving, and gaining commitment.
- Develop and lead distributed feature teams.
- Guide, coach, and mentor software engineers.
What you will bring:
- 6+ years of software development experience in web technologies with a minimum of 3 years in leading software feature teams for tech lead position
- Proficient in micro services development using Java spring boot.
- Web development experience in React JS.
- Proficient in Java script, Jquery, HTML 5 and CSS
- Write unit test cases to ensure high quality deliverables
- Experience in designing, scalable cloud applications using AWS services
- Good working experience in design and develop secured Rest APIs
- Working experience in agile methodology is preferred.
- Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles
