We are now seeking a Tech Lead to join our development teams. We work in a hybrid model, so it is required to come to the Tel Aviv office three times a week.
Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Conduct POCs, research new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency.

Required Experience:

8+ years in development

C#, .NET, and SQL experience

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS – an advantage

Excellent verbal and written skills in English

Excellent people skills and a "can-do" attitude

Independent, highly motivated self-learner
