Tipico is looking for a Tech Lead Quality Assurance to join our team. Grow with us, introduce us to new ideas, and develop products that maximize the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day, you’ll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with cross-functional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.

Your playing field:

• We keep the ball rolling and therefore you schedule, coordinate, and manage releases across the enterprise and various portfolios
• You are the owner of managing risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
• We love what we do: You measure and monitor quality and report regularly on releases and tests
• You keep us running - You will coordinate cross-tribe testing
• Together as one team: You will develop guidelines for test system setup and coordinate related cross-tribe implementations
• You will develop and maintain tools used to test software on various platforms

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Proficiency. Several years of experience in an Information Systems Operations environment
• Work experience. Previous release, test, and/or project management experience
• Know-how. Good understanding of test frameworks and technical requirements
• Leadership. Guiding the testers to achieve the goals
• AI. (Hands-on) Experience with the acceleration of Development/Testing through leveraging AI technologies
• High-Quality Standards. You can align standards and safeguard Quality Assurance within Tipico
• Organization. Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Tools. Tooling around Software Development Processes (e.g. Jenkins, Microservices)
• Language. Excellent command of written and spoken English; German is a plus
