As part of Magna International, Magna Energy Storage Systems Group develops and manufactures innovative fuel tank systems and components for heavy-duty trucks and passenger cars, specializing in plug-in hybrids. Job Responsibilities:
Das Besondere an dieser Position
  • Durchführung serienbegleitender Qualitätsprüfungen sowie Erstteil- und Letztteilfreigaben
  • Prüfung von Kunststoffschweißverbindungen einschließlich Herstellung, Auswertung und Vermessung von Mikrotomschnitten
  • Prüfung metallischer Schweißverbindungen durch metallografische Schliffanalysen
  • Durchführung labor- und prüftechnischer Untersuchungen, z. B. Wanddickenmessungen, Lehrenprüfungen, Zug- und Druckversuche sowie Dichtheitsprüfungen
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung qualitätsrelevanter Abweichungen im Produktionsumfeld inkl. Ursachenanalyse und Einleitung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Bewertung von Ausschussteilen im Rahmen der täglichen Ausschussrunde sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Fehlervermeidung
  • Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen sowie Einleitung und Unterstützung bei Lieferantenreklamationen
  • Koordination externer Sortier- und Nacharbeitsdienstleister sowie Freigabe nachbearbeiteter Teile
  • Durchführung von Versandaudits sowie Unterstützung bei Produktaudits
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung qualitätsrelevanter Berichte

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Metall- oder Kunststoffbereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Werkstoffanalyse von Metall und Kunststoff
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP, Erfahrung im Umgang mit der CAQ-Software Babtec von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Programmieren und Bedienen von 3D Messmaschinen sowie optischen Messarmen von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in der Qualitätssicherung
  • Lösungsorientierte, flexible Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikationsfreude und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Erfahrung in qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen, idealerweise in der Umform- und Schweißtechnik
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich

Skills Required

  • Completed technical vocational training in metal or plastics
  • Good knowledge in material analysis of metals and plastics
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP, experience with CAQ software Babtec is an advantage
  • Experience programming and operating 3D measuring machines and optical measuring arms is beneficial
  • Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in quality assurance
  • Solution-oriented, flexible personality with team spirit
  • High readiness to work, communicativeness, and assertiveness
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Experience in quality assurance measures, ideally in forming and welding technology
  • Valid driver's license class B required
