Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

What's in it for you:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you have the responsibility for designing and managing complex engineering systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams over multiple disciplines with an objective to discover problems that need to be resolved and then find innovative solutions to those problems.


 

What you will do:

  • Use and apply engineering knowledge in thermodynamics, statics, aerodynamics and materials in analysis and design of products and systems.

  • Use material, component, or design specifications and datasheets to create designs that meet requirements.

  • Use engineering judgement, analysis, and innovation to identify and solve problems.

  • Manages multiple project assignments and tasks and aligns priorities to business and leadership requests.

  • Apply engineering tools and processes to design, develop, test, and approve products and changes.

  • Evaluate and find solutions to operational and prototype issues in lab and field environments.

  • Use Lean thinking and fundamentals to drive systems and behaviors for continuous improvement.

  • Use feedback and guidance from subject matter experts, suppliers, and educational sources to enhance design and requirements.


 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline

  • 8+ years contributing to technical aspects of product design projects, validation testing, and root cause analysis.

  • Deliver technical designs to meet project and product requirements

Skills Required
