Tech Lead — .NET / Angular

We’re committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients through a dedicated team, strong execution, and technology-driven solutions. ## Job Summary We are looking for a Tech Lead — .NET / Angular to join our team in Coimbatore, India. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with 0–5 years of experience who can take ownership of building and improving web applications, guide day-to-day technical decisions, and collaborate closely with product and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead the design and development of web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular. * Translate business requirements into technical solutions, estimates, and delivery plans. * Own end-to-end delivery: architecture, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. * Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and reusable patterns for the team. * Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure secure data handling. * Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across frontend and backend. * Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, propose improvements, and manage technical trade-offs. * Mentor junior developers through pairing, reviews, and guidance on problem-solving and design. * Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and release processes. ## Required Skills * Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC), with solid understanding of OOP and design principles. * Hands-on experience with Angular (components, services, routing, RxJS) and TypeScript. * Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI development, and modern frontend practices. * Experience with REST APIs, authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth concepts), and secure coding practices. * Working knowledge of SQL (SQL Server preferred): schema design, queries, performance tuning basics. * Familiarity with Git-based workflows and code review practices. * Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, SOLID principles, and basic system design. * Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. ## Good to Have * Experience with Azure/AWS, Docker, or containerized deployments. * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). * Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit, Jasmine/Karma, Cypress). * Knowledge of microservices, message queues, or event-driven architecture. * Prior experience building internal tools, workflow systems, or operations platforms. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 0–5 years of experience in software development with demonstrable projects in .NET and Angular. ## Why Join Us? * Opportunity to build impactful products that support real-world data operations at scale. * Ownership and visibility: your technical decisions will directly influence product quality and delivery. * Collaborative, growth-oriented environment with room to learn, lead, and expand responsibilities. * Competitive compensation and a chance to work with a team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
