Our Client is looking for a Tech Lead- Java with the below requirements.
Mandatory Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of application modeling with UML, design patterns, and SOA.
- Expertise in JEE technologies particularly Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience in database design and development with MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL.
- Experience in MVC Frameworks (Spring MVC, JSF).
- Experience in application servers and web containers particularly Tomcat / JBoss / WebLogic.
- Experience in Web Services, SOAP, XML, REST.
- ‘Hands-on’ experience on Test Driven Development.
- A good understanding of Maven/Ant-based continues to build systems and automation with source control tools such as SVN/GIT/CVS.
- Prior experience working in an agile environment using Scrum methodology.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior members of a team.
- Experience managing set standards of a project/conduct frequent reviews.
- Experience in Node.Js, React.Js and React Native.
- Experience in Domain-Driven Design.
- Experience in NoSQL/Big data.
- Knowledge in Grails.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or any other related degree.
- 5 – 7 years of Industry experience.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
