Technical lead will assist the team on development, handling the technical vision on the product.
He will be both a technical and a human leader to support the team through its skills and practices, helping teammates to grow. He will also ease the communication between the team and interlocutors especially while discussing technical topics.
Main Responsibilities:

Bring Frontend expertise in the Product/Scrum Team/Squad to deliver high-quality solutions.

Support software design and implementation according to enterprise architecture guidelines.

Be the first technical interlocutor for solutions which are owned by the team. Would it be communicating and dissipating potential day to day pressure.

Manage the technical stack

Ensure proper code quality / coverage / documentation

Promote, align and support the best-in-class development principles

ex: Clean Code, Clean Archi, DDD/BDD/TDD

Promote best-in-class development methodologies
-
ex: Pair programming, Peer testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery.

Promote and support knowledge sharing for Frontend tools and technologies .

Be active member and contributor of the Community of Practice.

Thanks to technological watch, be proficient at identifying market trends that may benefic for the team / the product. Be able to present, adopt and implement these trends.

Supporting Team Manager in the recruitments of new talents which will be part of the Squad/Team

Supporting Team Manager in the team members assigned to the Squad to continuously developing themselves, both personally and within their area of expertise, so that they remain up to date in their field of expertise.
Qualifications & Skills:
Professional qualification

2+ years proven track record in this role of Frontend Tech Lead (with mentoring of developers), preferably in an international, multicultural environment as a part of virtual team.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) for software development including DevOps.

Strong fundamentals in software design and development

Knowledge of solutions architecture design patterns (Hexagonal architecture would be appreciated)

Knowledge of global architecture design patterns

Knowledge of software craftmanship principles (Clean Code, Clean coder)

5+ years of Javascript experience, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.

5+ years of frontend frameworks and libs experience including NextJs/React/Angular, etc.
-
5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.

Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge on several items from the following list:

REST API design and implementation

Microservices design and implementation
-
Continuous integration / continuous delivery using tools such as Jenkins, AzureDevOps.

Docker containerization (using Rancher would be appreciated)

Public cloud solutions (Azure, Google Cloud Platform would be appreciated).
