Objective:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to lead a development team on cutting-edge projects. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for making key technology decisions, designing and leading the architecture of our systems, and guiding developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where emerging technologies and technical challenges will be an important part of your day-to-day work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate technical development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
- Design and implement technological solutions based on clean architectures and hexagonal architecture.
- Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as Node.js, React.js, TypeScript and TypeORM.
- Manage Postgres databases and optimize their performance.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using GitHub.
- Manage cloud infrastructure with AWS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and business needs, especially in the reinsurance field.
- Facilitate communication and negotiation between technical teams and business areas.
- Promote and apply agile methodologies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and solving technical problems.
- Academic training in Computer Systems Engineering or related fields.
- Mastery of artificial intelligence and its application in technological solutions.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, TypeORM.
- Hexagonal Architecture, Clean Architecture and software design.
- Postgres databases.
- Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Repository management in GitHub.
- Cloud infrastructure with AWS.
- Favorable experience in the reinsurance sector or having worked in related companies.
