You will join the Global Technology Finance team and report to the IT Head of FP&A. In a context of digital transformation and continuous growth, the IT costs have been exponentially growing over the past decade and now represent 500M€+ of costs, with more than 100M€ in IT inter-company recharges, with 3500 IT FTEs throughout the group.At the junction of the Group Technology department and the Business Lines / Business units, you will participate in the development of the IT Controlling and its tools across the group, as well as help to improve the current IT Recharges process.Main responsibilitiesOn the recharges scope :- Coordinate the IT recharges process (100M€+) with the main stakeholders:
- 50 Service Owners in charge of 150+ services on the Global Technology side;
- 100+ Legal Entities / BUs among the 3 Business Lines.
- Administer the current IT Recharges tool, BOARD, and support its users to ensure it delivers qualitative information to all stakeholders.
- Perform analysis and prepare reportings during the Forecast 1, Forecast 2 and Budget N+1 processes to communicate to both Business Lines & Group Management
- Participate in the evolution of the process, both with improving the current tool (BOARD) and with helping design a new Recharges tool to better suit Edenred’s needs from 2025 onwards
- Participate in the overall process of improving the data quality of the IT Costs throughout the group
- Improve existing reportings and develop new ones to help BUs / BLs / the Group better understand and analyze their IT Costs
- Help prepare, control, analyze, synthesize, and communicate financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the IT domain as well as providing relevant financial information for the management (Group / BL).
- Good ability in Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and multicultural environment
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous and well organized
- Ability to challenge and be a business partner to the IT managers and Financial Controllers
