What You’ll Do:✅ Enter and maintain product specifications in the Vantage computer system
✅ Oversee engineering change notices and ensure accurate documentation
✅ Create and refine mini patterns in the Gerber system
✅ Collaborate with production teams to resolve design issues and answer questions
✅ Conduct time studies and supervise research coordination tasks
🔹 High School Diploma or equivalent
🔹 Strong computer and mathematical skills
🔹 Basic blueprint reading and pattern-making knowledge
