Design and develop new physical product concepts and prototypes from customer requirements. Use CAD/SolidWorks to model and test designs, produce and update drawings/specifications, document prototypes, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production. Meet with customers as needed; occasional travel and overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.

Support production by entering product specifications, managing engineering change notices, creating and refining patterns in Gerber, coordinating with production to resolve design issues, and conducting time studies and research tasks.

Manage and grow accounts with power sports vehicle builders by developing account strategies, leading vetting and pricing, coordinating technical requests with product development, maintaining forecasts and CRM data, and supporting sales, marketing, and production alignment. Travel to customers, present product solutions, and ensure profitable customer programs.

Design, fabricate, and maintain production tooling and fixtures; create CAD models and engineering drawings; improve manufacturing processes; troubleshoot production issues; support product development and maintain technical documentation while partnering with engineering and production teams.

Lead plant operations to drive substantial improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Develop and execute manufacturing strategy, implement lean practices (5S, SMED, TPM), track KPIs, optimize resources and costs, mentor the team, coordinate cross-functionally, and ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
