Technical Responsibilities
- Possess working knowledge of infrastructure devices including:
- Routers
- Switches
- Wireless Access Points
- Network Racks and Structured Cabling
- Basic LAN and WAN concepts
- Understand installation and validation processes for network equipment.
- Perform initial troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
- Validate deliverables such as installation photos, cabling confirmation, and device connectivity.
- Ensure field execution aligns with technical scope and device configurations.
Stakeholder Interaction and Global Coordination
- Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders globally across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.
- Coordinate with:
- Field technicians
- Vendors and supplier partners
- Project Managers
- Resource Coordinators
- Customer site contacts
- Manage bridge calls during execution windows.
- Maintain clear and professional communication across different time zones.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and share structured reports with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update project trackers and documentation.
- Share daily execution updates, risk reports, and closure summaries.
- Ensure documentation accuracy including runbooks, coordination plans, and execution reports.

Qualifications
