Job Description
We continue to and enhance the Kantar Technology and Cyber Risk and Control framework. Controls Assurance aims to deliver actionable data to leadership and control owners, empowering colleagues to make informed decisions.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Tech and Cyber Risk and Assurance, and will oversee the Technology Controls Library, offering expert guidance to key stakeholders based on analytical insights and outcomes related to the control environment’s operation. This role ultimately supports the development and maturity of the risk and control profile!
What you’ll be doing:

Take charge of, coordinate, and manage various control oversight activities, including delivering control attestations and executing the annual control testing schedule.

Investigate, innovate, and enhance current practices.

Organize and lead responses to attestation and assurance demands.

Offer consultancy and expertise on Control Design and Operating practices.

Advise and assist key stakeholders in making informed, risk-based decisions.

Engage actively in designated Learning and Development plans to sustain and expand expertise.
We need you to have:

Operates independently to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to achieve business goals efficiently.

Communicates proficiently and can effectively challenge and support Key Stakeholders in fulfilling their risk management responsibilities.

Takes initiative to monitor, interpret, and understand policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.

Delves into problems comprehensively, highlights the consequences of inaction, and assists clients in recognizing and articulating the value of solutions. Strives to understand the client’s situation, explores issues and solutions, and designs effective resolutions.

Identifies, evaluates, prioritizes, and manages risks. Analyzes potential solutions and provides recommendations based on expected benefits, costs, and overall value for key stakeholders, typically with some guidance.

Demonstrates advanced understanding of business context, needs, rules, architecture, and organizational structure. Experienced in assurance activities, including control testing of key controls.

Conducts review, assessment, and remediation of access management controls.

Knowledgeable about cyber-related risks and issues, leveraging the NIST framework.

Skilled in reviewing policies, standards, and processes, and ensuring first line of defense teams adhere to them.

Relevant certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP or be willing to work towards this.
