Als Teamleiter:in in der Montage sind Sie stets vor Ort an der Linie – nah am Produkt, nah an den Mitarbeitenden. Sie sorgen dafür, dass der tägliche Ablauf stabil, sicher und effizient funktioniert.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
- Direkte Präsenz in der Linie – kein Bürojob, sondern aktive Teamführung vor Ort
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Arbeitsplätze besetzt sind und die Arbeitsplatzrotation durchgeführt wird – Personalplanung und Einteilung
- Einspringen bei kurzfristigen Ausfällen zur Sicherung der Produktionsabläufe
- Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen oder organisatorischen Herausforderungen
- Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung Ihres Teams
- Aufbau eines positiven Teamklimas und Förderung des Teamzusammenhalts
- Mitgestaltung eines gesundheitsförderlichen Arbeitsumfelds – mit dem Ziel, die Krankenquote positiv zu beeinflussen
- Analyse von Fehlern und Störungen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Abläufen und Prozessen
- Sicherstellung eines guten Informationsflusses, insbesondere bei Schichtwechseln
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Metall, Automobil, Kunststoff)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Montage
- Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Hohe Präsenzorientierung, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und ein unterstützendes Umfeld zu schaffen
- Strukturierte, qualitätsorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Technisches Verständnis und Bereitschaft, selbst mit anzupacken
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
