Deine Aufgabe:
- Erstellung und Optimierung von SPS-Programmen und Bedienoberflächen für interne Automatisierungsprojekte
- Erstellung und Anpassung von Visualisierungen (HMI)
- Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie nachhaltige Störungsbeseitigung an automatisierten Anlagen
- Änderung und Integration von Robotik-, Antriebs- und weiteren Peripheriesystemen
- Anbindung von Anlagen an übergeordnete Systeme wie MES, ERP oder Datenbanken
- Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen
- Aktive Mitarbeit im werksinternen Automatisierungsteam sowie Einbringung kreativer Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen
- Durchführung von Testläufen, Fehleranalysen und Fehlerbehebung
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Automatisierungstechnik.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung im industriellen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Siemens STEP7 / TIA Portal
- Erfahrung mit WinCC, Profinet, Industrial Ethernet und Feldbussystemen
- Kenntnisse in der Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Engagement, Teamgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität

Skills Required

- Several years of professional PLC programming experience in an industrial environment
