Job DescriptionAs Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d), you will coordinate a team of Data Centre Associates and provide guidance and support on technical, operational, and organizational topics. With your technical background and problem-solving mindset, you will help the team drive operational excellence. Are you on it?
- Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day data centre operations
- Manage the provision, movement and availability of materials, hardware and infrastructure components required for technical activities
- Support installation, cabling, rack integration and hardware deployment activities within critical IT infrastructure environments
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational and service-level standards
- Act as the first point of contact for operational topics, incident escalations and continuous process improvements
- Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers and internal technical stakeholders
- Support technical documentation, reporting, inventory management and asset tracking activities
- Experience in logistics, technical operations management, warehouse operations or a data centre environment
- Ideally, first experience in functional leadership or team coordination
- Very good technical understanding
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
- Willingness to work in shifts
The minimum salary for this position is €3,200.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
