Lead the financial FP&A, drive strategic insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a proactive leader who can guide a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve financial and operational excellence.
- Lead the FP&A team in developing robust financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing financial guidance and scenario analysis to support key decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align financial planning with business and operational priorities.
- Monitoring & Tracking of KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term business planning
- Lead the actual work process for data analysis and reporting including the variance analysis.[Task 2] (30%)
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Own the monthly and quarterly performance review process, including variance analysis.
- Oversee working capital management, ensuring optimal levels of inventory, receivables, and payables to support liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage free cash flow, identifying levers to improve cash generation and strategic investments.
- OPEX analysis and controls to ensure company profitability.
- Managing Reporting tools and system (HFM, EIS, GRS, BI etc.)[Task 3] (20%)
Compliance and Internal control
- Responsible for internal control management
- Managing policy manuals in all related areas and enforcing the policy in operation.
- Support LCO for the internal audit and related process[Task 4] (10%)
Provide various analysis for senior leadership team and global stakeholders.
- Do active communication with HQ for the general points of BU and forecasting process.
- Company projects involvement
- Champion the adoption of advanced analytics and digital tools (e.g., BI, Automation)[Task 5] (10%)
People and leadership
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Team building and foster performance culture
Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Professional : 13+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
IT Skills : Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion etc.)
Language Skills : English – Above the medium – high level
Competencies : Excellent communication and presentation skills, High level of business acumen & strategic thinking.
Functional Skills : Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management.
