Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our core team and build the engine behind AI-native security. We aren't just building another dashboard; we are architecting a system that processes massive data streams and pushes AI models to their absolute limits to outthink modern attackers. If you are a builder at heart who thrives on high-scale challenges, ownership, and the fast pace of an early-stage startup, you’ll fit right in.
What You'll Do
● Design and build the core backend systems from the ground up
● Architect scalable, resilient infrastructure that processes large volumes of security data
● Make high-impact technical decisions with real ownership
● Work closely with AI and security researchers to turn cutting-edge ideas into production systems
● Take features from concept through production and monitoring
● Help define engineering standards, culture, and best practices
Requirements● 5+ years of backend engineering experience in Go, Python, C++, or similar
● Experience building distributed systems and working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
● Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
● A track record of shipping quality software in fast-paced environments
● Bonus: Security domain knowledge or experience with AI/ML systems
