Abound Health is seeking a Team Support Specialist to support our Charlotte, NC office. In this essential role, you will ensure smooth daily operations of the office while providing key administrative and compliance support to our clinical teams, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical & Administrative Support
  • Assist Qualified Professionals (QPs) with SAR submissions, progress summaries, MAR follow-ups, and record audits.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate DSP and client records in compliance with Medicaid and agency regulations.
  • Track missing DSP notes and timesheets; communicate with DSPs to resolve issues.
  • Assist with DSP training schedules, certifications, and onboarding processes.
  • Submit and track DSP status changes and troubleshoot OnTarget and LMS system issues.
  • Provide local recruitment and onboarding support.

Office Management

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor relationships, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage inbound communications and assist visitors.
  • Organize staff, caregiver, and client events and create monthly calendars (Day Program, if applicable).
  • Conduct emergency drills, inspections, and maintain required documentation (e.g., Hazard Communication Binder).
  • Support CPR/First Aid trainings and internal quality follow-ups.
  • Attend staff huddles and provide feedback to the clinical team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of administrative, office management, or related experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and comfort with database systems (e.g., OnTarget).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in behavioral health preferred but not required.
  • Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass background checks.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
The target pay range for this full-time, hourly non-exempt position is based on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base pay, Abound Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), paid trainings, certifications, flexible schedules, and bonus opportunities. Benefits begin after 60 days of employment, and 401(k) becomes available after 12 months.
