Job Title: Team Manager, Qualifications

Job Summary:
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets for Pearson school qualifications. Drive growth by managing key partner relationships, optimising team performance, and representing Pearson’s brand across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment and qualifications expertise to the team
Lead the team to achieve and exceed revenue for school qualifications, including personal.
Monitor sales activity, track results, and report on performance, pipeline, and market trends to senior management.
Collaborate with training, marketing, and product teams to ensure regional plans and initiatives are fit-for-purpose and support growth.
Build and manage relationships with key partners, school groups, and ministries to maximise opportunities and promote Pearson’s brand.
Coach, develop, and performance-manage direct reports, ensuring clear goals, regular feedback, and a strong, positive team culture.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):

People management experience required.
