Team Manager | AI Gaming

The Team Lead/Manager will oversee a multidisciplinary team of AI Trainers (LLM, Creative Writing, Audio, and Video) responsible for annotating and evaluating multimodal game content. This role requires strong leadership, domain expertise in gaming and AI, and the ability to balance quality, productivity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI Trainers across text, creative writing, audio, and video domains.
• Oversee annotation, evaluation, and feedback processes to ensure consistency and high-quality outputs.
• Serve as the point of contact with Research, Product, and Engineering teams for aligning annotation work with AI model development goals.
• Track team performance against KPIs (accuracy, throughput, quality).
• Manage workforce planning, task allocation, and escalation handling.
• Provide mentoring, career development, and performance feedback to team members.
• Contribute to process improvements, tool enhancements, and policy/guideline updates.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Linguistics, Psychology, Media, or related field.
• Experience in content moderation, AI annotation, gaming QA, or creative production.
• Strong understanding of narrative-driven games and multimodal AI systems (text, audio, video).
• Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
