We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow during assigned shifts. You will lead and support warehouse employees, monitor operational performance, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Quality, Planning, and other support departments to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate warehouse team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
- Allocate and deploy personnel according to operational needs and workload.
- Supervise task execution in line with established standards, procedures, and KPIs.
- Monitor operational data and system accuracy (AWS or equivalent WMS).
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with Quality and Planning teams to maintain seamless workflow.
- Oversee the returns process in accordance with company standards.
- Respond promptly to operational issues, providing hands-on support when required.
- Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with WMS or ERP systems.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
- Fluent Polish and communicative English skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced distribution centers.
- Experience managing teams of 20+ employees.
- Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian.
- Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
