Are you ready to drive impactful sales strategies in a dynamic omni-channel environment? We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead volume, share, and profit growth through integrated business planning and strong customer partnerships.

As the Team Leader based in Monterrey, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business goals. You’ll build integrated business plans, foster customer relationships, and leverage cross-functional resources to drive sustainable growth.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    Develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at driving profitable volume growth year over year, aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Customer-Centric Approach
    Identify and understand customer strategies to tailor business plans that optimize growth opportunities and deliver mutual value.
  • Financial Performance & Forecasting
    Direct and deliver key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with trade spend plans. Accurately forecast monthly and annual sales volume and margin contributions.
  • Commercial Excellence
    Lead negotiations on pricing and contracts to achieve win-win outcomes. Achieve objectives related to new item launches, assortment, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Trade Marketing & eCommerce
    Coordinate trade marketing and eCommerce support programs, ensuring effective execution and alignment with customer strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Leverage multifunctional resources to translate and activate strategies into customer-level business plans. Work cross-functionally to drive growth, provide insights, and enhance customer service.
  • Customer Engagement & Communication
    Lead customer presentations (sales reviews, innovation updates), enabling a team-selling approach through cross-functional support. Handle customer requests and communications professionally and promptly.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
    Continuously assess customer competitive positioning and behaviors. Align insights with strategic goals to maximize sustainable sales, share, and profit growth.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement
    Monitor progress against business plans, adjusting activities as needed to meet goals. Support continuous improvement in performance management, recognizing excellence and addressing gaps.
  • Data & Insights
    Support internal and external data gathering and reporting to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Administration or similar

  • 5 years of experience as KAM  

  • Ideally strong OXXOcustomer knowledge and relationships  

  • Establishing a strategic vision & perspective 

  • Effectively managing ambiguity & complexity in the marketplace 

  • Developing strategically aligned partnerships 

  • Decision making agility 

  • Providing thought leadership through creative and innovative customer approaches and utilizing business & financial acumen to deliver assigned revenue & profit goals within assigned spend. 

  • Observes trends, understands customer’s requirements and competitor’s analysis. 

  • Ability to think critically and creatively.
