- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Must be flexible to mirror / overlap US Daytime work hours
- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems

- Document creation like SOPs, SIPOCs and Process Maps
- Excellent Ms Suite knowledge and good analytical bend of mind & receptiveness to change ; Knowledge of Power platforms will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, including effective and concise writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, coaching & Feedback skills
- Ability to hold the interest and attention of those seeking training
- Strong interpersonal skills (independence and confidence to present views and perspectives).
- TTT and NLP certification will be preferred
