Description and Requirements
Position Summary:
Candidate should be experienced in Testing (Manual and Automation), exposure to Identity Governance - Identity & Access Management support functions along with hands-on experience in Selenium, good understanding of Identity IIQ preferably in SailPoint Technology. Should have an experience of 5+ years in mentioned filed.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for individual delivery of services
2. Experience in Testing (Manual and Automation)
3. Hands-on experience in Selenium, Azure and Agile methodologies
4. Good client engagement and management skills to achieve desired customer satisfaction
5. Ability to derive best practices to achieve desired performance with-in Team
6. Responsible for knowledge transfer to other Team members
7. Good documentation skills
8. Identify training needs and deliver coaching
9. Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor
Education:
- College degree preferably in IT
Experience:
- Good understanding and work experience of
- Testing (manual and Automation)
- Using Test cases
- Hands-on experience with Selenium is must
- Preferable understanding of Agile and other related methodologies
- Should be able to Execute automated test scripts
- Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans
- Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans
- Designing and implementing automated tests
- Maintain Automation test scripts
- Proficiency in English
- Communication skills - ability to read, interpret business documents. Excellent verbal/written communication
- Escalate issues if required
- Ability to research and resolve problems.
