Team Leader, Market Intelligence

Your role at Exness:

Exness is looking for an experienced market researcher to lead its Market Intelligence Practice, a division responsible for generating and curating impactful insights through primary and secondary research, helping the business make informed decisions.

We are looking for a smart and ambitious professional who will help us understand the market landscape. You will be managing a team and together you will be responsible for researching the industry and the countries we operate in. You will build a world-class market intelligence function that would give the entire company easy access to market and competitive intelligence.

Your main weapons will be your team, your strong understanding of our business as well as various research techniques and your excellent communication skills.

You will:

• Lead research projects including defining the project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management and delivering the project on time and to budget.
• Review and manage market research plans with your relevant stakeholders and define roadmaps
• Be responsible for managing a team who will be creating, compiling, analyzing, and sharing insights through reporting period to help identify and characterise growth opportunities and assess our company’s position on the market.
• Contribute to continuous process optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration and facilitating best-practice sharing. Improve practices of country, competitors, marketing, and product analysis
• Translate data and insights into easy-to-understand reports for non-technical audiences
• Lead the team members in the creation of high-quality research-based solutions within agreed deadlines according to the Exness policies and procedures, including hiring, development, performance review, and feedback to the team members.
• Train and integrate new team members and proactively support the continued development of existing team members. Upskill the team when needed.
• Set team and individual goals, and control execution and results.
• Inspire and motivate team members with his/her own example

What makes you a great fit:

• Demonstrated experience of a minimum of 5 years with both qualitative and quantitative market research skills (including but not limited to data analysis, competitive intelligence, data synthesis, SWOT analysis, UX research) and a strong understanding of frameworks to define commercial strategy and go-to-market strategy for efficient collaboration with stakeholders
• At least 2 years of experience in managing/leading teams 
• Prior experience in presenting research results to C-Suite audiences. A proven track record of transforming research learnings into actual company-scale initiatives in collaboration with C-level stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of the CFD or trading/betting/gambling business environment will be considered highly advantageous
• Proficiency with research tools, including data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, R), survey tools (e.g. Survey Monkey, Qualtrics etc.) data analysis & visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.)
• You know how to understand business needs and translate them into relevant research; you also know how to present results in an easy, complete, and compelling way to non-analytics colleagues
• Proactive in identifying research opportunities that may increase the company's business metrics
• Knowledge and experience in working with 3rd party datasets like Gartner, Forrester, Statista etc. 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and passionate about data quality
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, cascade duties and delegate responsibilities
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
