Job Description:

The Team Leader for the Investment Operations will provide leadership to a team of CSR's and Consultants. The team's goal is to provide excellent customer service while setting up and administering Guaranteed Investment policies for our Clients, Advisors, and Brokers.

What will you do?

  • Act as the primary resource for the team by providing direction on overall targets, workload management, processes, and projects
  • Proactively address client, advisor, and broker needs and address complaints that may be escalated to you
  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with our business partners
  • Contribute to a dynamic work environment by identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes to better meet our service excellence, quality and financial commitments to our customers 
  • Build a stable, collaborative team by hiring ideal candidates who will fit with our culture, have strong customer service focus, and provide ongoing coaching for the team’s continued development
  • Adhere to and ensure the integrity of Sun Life Financial's business practices and policies

  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
