Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power Apps and Power Automate Desktop Developer with strong exposure to process improvement, automation, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying low-code automation and business solutions while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations functions.
Technical Skills
- Experience in Power Apps, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) for automating manual and repetitive business processes.
- Proficient in Power Automate (Cloud flows), including approvals, integrations, error handling, and scheduling.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of solution governance, security roles, environment management, and ALM best practices within Power Platform.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint for reporting and executive presentations.
Process Excellence & Lean Six Sigma Skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with applied knowledge of DMAIC, change management, and project execution (good to have)
- Process Maps
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- FMEA
- Other Green Belt-level quality and analytical tools
Functional Requirements
- Total Experience: 5+ years
- Ability to identify operational gaps, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and facilitate discussions across functions.
- Proven planning and analytical skills to support continuous improvement, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with senior leadership, business partners, and global stakeholders.
Soft Skills
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Result-oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
