In this role, you'll be coordinating the sales team, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached.


Your new adventure:

  • Manage the sales team allocated regionally
  • Set and track sales targets for the team
  • Perform 1:1s, pipeline reviews and Huddles
  • Suggest and implements improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Reportson sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts to share with management
  • Research and discovers methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance, legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for the team
  • Drive recruiting efforts

Does this look like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A problem solving attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify trends or improvement areas
