In this role, you'll be coordinating the sales team, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached.
Your new adventure:
- Manage the sales team allocated regionally
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Perform 1:1s, pipeline reviews and Huddles
- Suggest and implements improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Reportson sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts to share with management
- Research and discovers methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance, legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open-communication environment for the team
- Drive recruiting efforts
Does this look like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a team lead or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A problem solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify trends or improvement areas
