- Complete employee performance reviews and manage KPIs.
- Manage attendance reports and vacation requests, informing counterparts in the US, and planning coverage to ensure operations are not affected.
- Collaborate with operations managers, Heads of Office, and US stakeholders.
- Update internal and external portals with shipment details when needed.
- Understand clients' inquiries regarding shipment statuses and issue resolution, and get involved in day-to-day operations when needed.
- Ensure systems are running correctly.
- Conduct monthly meetings and coaching sessions with managers.
- Language Proficiency: English fluency (B2 High - C1).
