Join our team! As a Team Lead for Linux and IEC61850 components, you will play an important role in the development of our future software automation platform. You will lead a highly skilled and motivated development team which is applying the latest technical trends in embedded real-time development which will result into innovative Power Automation solutions and products.
How you will make an impact

Team Lead for Linux and IEC61850 component team with 5 direct reports
-
In addition Product Owner and Project Manager for Common Linux Project with team members in Switzerland and Poland
-
Definition of strategic orientation of the Linux organization in close collaboration with receiving Product Lines
-
Preparation and execution of steering committee meetings and reporting towards global technology management and stakeholders
-
Bachelor / Master in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering (> 5 years experience)
Your background
-
Profound background in Linux development, IEC61850 knowledge is a plus
-
Experience in development of embedded systems, and system integration
-
Experience with development processes, CI/CD, delivery management
-
Good track record of supporting others and driving things to completion

Experience with working in an agile development environment

Fluency in written and spoken English and German

Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills
