The Role

About the Role
The Team Lead Account Executive, SMB role at NinjaOne is responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people into achieving sales and profitability objectives among our core SMB prospects. This position dedicates their time to engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product, and closing revenue. This is a strategic role, which will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne. You will be responsible for closing SMB accounts and helping NinjaOne expand their core market further.

What You'll be Doing

  • Lead a team of 5-10 Account Executives
  • Employing exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections
  • Proactively communicating with clients and reacting to client requirements quickly and efficiently as well as communicating with inbound leads to discuss our B2B service
  • Analyzing and understanding the customer's needs and presenting a solution that fits the customer's requirements
  • Demo the NinjaOne product line via phone and online presentations
  • Gathering market information and insights to gain a clear understanding of the industry
  • Highlighting potential opportunities and building supporting business cases
  • Maintaining accurate revenue reports and detailed client information in the CRM system
  • Representing NinjaOne at trade events and attending client meetings for training and onboarding
  • Bringing enthusiasm and energy
  • Other duties as needed


About You

  • You have at least 2 years of leadership as well as sales experience
  • You are an energetic and sales-driven self-starter who enjoys working in a quota-driven environment
  • You have exceptional verbal communication skills
  • You are professionally proficient in English
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are proficient with technology
  • You are able to multitask with several tools, work independently, and prioritize tasks
  • You have experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level IT executives to SMB accounts directly or through resellers
  • You have a proven track record in achieving and maintaining sales targets
  • You have 3+ years in B2B IT Sales as an individual contributor
  • You can speak additional languages (preferred)
