Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw, Poland:
Team Coordinator
In this role, you will support a team handling insurance claims operations across Germany, Austria, Ireland, and the Czech Republic. The position combines people leadership with operational and project-based responsibilities, and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working within the Claims area. You will also help recommend and implement new solutions to support efficiency and service quality across multiple markets.
We will count on you to:
Lead and support a team responsible for claims operations across Germany, Austria, Ireland, and the Czech Republic.
Manage day-to-day priorities, workload, and escalations in a dynamic environment.
Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements and support claims-related initiatives across multiple markets.
Conduct process analysis, process mapping, data gathering, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Recommend and help implement new solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Claims area.

Proven experience in people management / team leadership.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and handle escalations effectively.
Proactive, independent, and highly communicative working style.
