- Support the Engineering Heads/Managers with calendar management, meeting preparation, MoMs, and action tracking
- Prepare weekly/monthly leadership updates, dashboards, and summaries
- Coordinate with Engineering Managers, Architects, Product, QA, HR, Finance, and global stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives such as modernization, quality transformation, AI adoption, FinOps, and hiring
- Maintain structured documentation in Confluence / SharePoint and standard templates
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in engineering operations, PMO, program support, or leadership support roles
- Strong understanding of software engineering environments (Agile, DevOps, QA basics)
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- High ownership, ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Power BI
- Exposure to engineering metrics or transformation programs
