Your role
-
Assist with organizational and administrative tasks to support the Corporate Development Team:
-
Calendar and travel management, as well as tracking of tasks and deadlines o Organization of meetings, workshops and events with internal and external participants
-
Preparation and follow-up of meetings
-
Office Management, general secretariat work
-
Documentation and knowledge management, to ensure that all the documents are systematically catalogued and easily accessible
-
Support with operational topics:
-
Responsible for purchasing and invoicing processes (in SAP)
-
Support onboarding of new colleagues o Responsible for IT requests and work safety
Your profile
-
Undergraduate degree / diploma in business administration, communication sciences or a comparable course of study or training (e.g., commercial assistant, business administrator for office management, organizational assistant, or comparable field of expertise)
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in management assistance in an international environment
-
Excellent time management in a high-pressure fast paced environment
-
Absolute confidentiality and reliability as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working
-
Good communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in team
-
Strong organization skills and proficiency in MS Office applications/tools - especially PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams
-
Business fluent in English and German
