Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated and customerfocused individual to support our Legal and Business Operations teams in our Sydney office on a fulltime, 18month fixedterm contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a fastpaced, highenergy environment, offering variety, professional development and broad exposure across the firm.

The Role

This role is ideally suited to someone looking to build and grow their administrative career and who will thrive with the mentoring and support provided by our Legal PAs. You will bring a strong eagerness to learn, a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

You will be part of a friendly and collaborative legal support team, with opportunities to contribute to firmwide initiatives across health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and social engagement.

Due to the nature of the role, fulltime, inoffice attendance is required, working between 8:30am and 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

As Team Administrator, your initial responsibilities will include:

  • Room bookings

  • Expense management

  • Copying, scanning, photocopying and binding

  • Database entry and filing

  • Reception coverage and event support

  • Ad hoc administrative duties

As the role develops, you will also assist with matter management activities and provide leave cover for our Legal PAs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a customerservice champion who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering exceptional service.

You will also bring:

  • 6 months to 4 years’ experience in a customerfocused and/or administrative role

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Teams and Word), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills

  • A demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
