- Maintain pantry, keeping tidy and well organized.
- Maintain conference rooms in acceptable condition by cleaning before and after meetings.
- Replenish pantry supplies.
- Take orders for and serve beverages to clients and visitors.
- Organize food and beverage for conference calls and internal meetings.
- Perform regular sweeps of the floors for copy, fax and mail or on demand as needed.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
