What's exciting about the role

A T&E (Travel and Expense) Accountant position at Verifone offers an exciting opportunity to be at the intersection of finance and operations in a fast-paced, global environment. Verifone, a leader in payments, requires efficient and accurate expense management, and as a T&E accountant, you would play a key role in ensuring the company’s travel and business expenses are compliant, streamlined, and well-documented. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the company by providing actionable insights into spending patterns, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring that employees’ expenses align with corporate policies.

Main responsibilities

• Auditing employee expenses
• Training business on iExpense process
• Work on process improvements
• Month end close processes
• Ad-hoc reports

Skills and Experience we desire

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Finance related educational experience
• Dedicated to client service
• General knowledge of accounting rules
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as analytical mindset
• Able to work well in a team
• Able to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
• MS Office knowledge
