Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a Senior TDP Project Manager to work on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) – Increment 1 (INC1) program. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization – OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe.
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
Primary Responsibilities:

Plans, initiates, and manages the TDL and other various program projects as required.

Supports development of technical design plan (TDP) packages, working with PMO staff, Task Leads, and Government stakeholders to gather necessary requirements to propose detailed approaches, schedules, and budgets.

Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects and ensures that TO-level processes, best practices, and lessons learned are applied at TDL project level as appropriate

Monitors progress to ensure that deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met for assigned TDL projects.

Coordinates with AGUN PM and other PMO staff on staffing, contractual, quality, financial, and administrative needs for assigned TDLs.

Leverages and participates in Leidos’ Engineering Edge NextGen (EENG) and planning/execution processes for program execution, Information Technology (IT) service management and delivery, and product realization.

Updates the See IT TO Management Portal with all relevant TDL project information, and communicates TDL project status, risk, issues, dependencies, and actions to relevant program staff and appropriate AGUN Government stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years of related experience or a Masters and 6 years of related experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Demonstrated experience working within the Agile framework.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working within Army’s IT infrastructure.

PMP certification

US Citizen with a Secret security clearance.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
