Objetivo del Puesto
Optimizar la recuperación de costos de la organización, asegurando los créditos pendientes y reembolsos por parte de los proveedores, maximizando el flujo de efectivo dentro de la organización.
Adicionalmente como TCR: Coordinar el control presupuestal de los diferentes departamentos, manteniéndolo dentro del presupuesto autorizado. Así como el análisis de sus gastos y oportunidades de mejora.
Revisión y seguimiento de registros correctos por centro de costos y cuentas contables en base de PLP’s, incluyendo gastos, fletes y costos por unidad.
Cálculos de rates de manufactura, para costo standard, participación en el rolado de costos.
Escolaridad
Licenciatura en Contabilidad de preferencia y/o carrera afín al puesto.
Titulado y con cédula
Experiencia Requerida
2-3 años de experiencia en la Industria Automotriz.
Deseable experiencia en análisis de costos.
Conocimientos Específicos
- Comprensión de principios contables.
- Conocimiento en análisis de costos directos e indirectos.
- Preparación, elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos de gastos por departamento.
- Conocimiento en conciliación de cuentas, familiaridad con procesos de - facturación, notas de crédito y débito.
- Nivel avanzado en Microsoft Excel.
- Conocimiento de SAP (FI)
- Planeación de proyectos y administración de recursos y personal, técnicas de comunicación efectiva y negociación.
- Cumplimiento de compromisos de acuerdo con calendario Magna.
- Auto dirigido.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
