The Role

Job Description SummaryThis is a field marketing management role that manages Turkey & Central Asia. You'll lead, coordinate and manage execution of marketing plans, identify and execute opportunities for growth and share gain, and contribute to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. You'll optimize commercial execution though development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends. You'll impact approaches, projects and programs in Turkey and Central Asia. You will impact quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. You'll have significant control/influence over commercial priorities. You will utilize high levels of Commercial judgement to achieve outcomes required.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

  • Development of segmentation and go to market strategy and plans and marketing activation with customers and sales teams for a single or limited grouping of products within a region.
  • Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
  • Measuring and monitoring metrics and operating mechanisms to ensure achievement of business objectives (e.g., lead generation programs, trade show management, etc)

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Marketing & Region Marketing. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, market development or related field
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Planning and project management skills
  • Experience working with Sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing, market development or related field
  • Marketing experience in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding
  • Healthcare product/industry acumen
  • Innovation – ability to develop/execute on new ideas through collaboration
  • Team oriented – ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Leadership and initiative to drive business objectives
  • Digital Marketing and Social media
  • Can learn fast quickly and communicate effectively in a fast paced environment
