Taxes Analyst (f/m/d)

• Analyze financial information to support accurate and timely tax calculations.

• Perform tax calculations for local and federal obligations in compliance with current laws.

• Prepare and file periodic tax returns for various Mexican tax authorities.

• Support the preparation of the Annual Tax Report (Dictamen Fiscal) and other statutory filings.

• Assist in responding to and managing tax audits conducted by both tax authorities and internal/external auditors.

• Prepare and submit tax reports for headquarters and management.

• Propose and implement process improvements to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.

• Lead or participate in projects that reduce reporting times and improve the quality of tax information.

• Keep company tax records updated and well-organized.

• Contribute ideas to reduce costs and optimize tax-related processes.

• Stay current on tax legislation and attend relevant training sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar tax or accounting role.

• Proven experience with tax returns, audit processes, and fiscal reporting.

• Strong working knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and familiarity with SHCP requirements.

• Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and other accounting systems.

• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
