Responsibilities:
- Handles end-to-end tax calculation & deduction for each invoice, tax payment & tax reporting processes, monthly & annual, including tax restitution, tax provisions, tax cases and tax disputes.
- Liaise with tax authority to manage and respond regarding SP2DK, tax audit and other inquiry.
- Reconcile/ prepare equalization and adjustments between General Ledger and tax returns.
- Implement the needed changes from updates in tax laws and regulations.
- Query and send the monthly ebupot to each vendor.
- Maintain and record tax documentation including tax returns, BPN, COD/DGT, SKB, invoices and other tax-related documents.
- Provide tax advisory for company transactions, contracts, and projects.
- Ensure all tax matters are in compliance with the latest tax laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax or related field.
- 5 years working experience in Tax. Preferably from a tax consultant or financial industry, especially Banking.
- Brevet certification will be a distinct advantage.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of latest Indonesian tax laws, regulations and tax audit process.
- Experienced with the tax payment and reporting end-to-end process in CoreTax.
- Proactive, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and well-organized.
